Triumph Riders Shine in the 6DAYS FIM Enduro of Nations
This year’s 6DAYS FIM Enduro of Nations in Grândola, Portugal, showcased Triumph Racing's remarkable talent and resilience. Morgan Lesiardo led the charge for Team Italy, clinching second place in the Enduro1 class, while Team Italy snagged the prestigious World Trophy title for the second consecutive year—a true testament to their prowess and strategic riding skills.
Team Performances that Steal the Spotlight
With challenging conditions marked by dusty trails and scorching heat, the competition was fierce as riders battled to represent their countries. Lesiardo, a former vice-champion in the FIM Enduro1 World Championship, displayed exceptional performance, finishing fifth overall and second in E1. His skillful control aboard the Triumph TF 250-E was pivotal in securing victory for Team Italy.
Not to be overshadowed, Leo Joyon, part of Team France, also excelled, wrapping up the event with a respectable 15th overall and sixth in E1. His consistency under pressure contributed significantly to France's second-place finish on the podium. Alongside him, Mikael Persson of Team Sweden, returning to competition after injury, showcased commendable spirit, helping his team secure a third-place finish in the World Trophy.
The Thrill of Team Triumph
What makes Triumph’s achievement stand out this year is that it’s the only motorcycle manufacturer to have bikes competing in every team that finished on the podium. This accomplishment not only highlights the reliability and performance of Triumph motorcycles in extreme conditions but also underscores their commitment to supporting racers at all levels.
